I like the tea selection and ordering was straightforward, but I did find myself making quick assumptions about the caffeine levels because the info wasn’t always consistent. Some teas are marked low or medium, and then other pages don’t really give much to go on.
It’s not a bad site at all, just a bit frustrating when you’re trying not to end up wide awake at night. I’d definitely appreciate clearer caffeine info across the range.

T2 definitely isn’t the cheapest tea out there, because apparently nice tea has to come with a little financial commitment. That said, the quality is genuinely good, and the packs last a surprisingly long time. The sale prices are actually decent too, so I’ve bought from them a few times now and haven’t felt ripped off, which is always a pleasant surprise.

I found it easy to check the ingredients, and most of the teas I looked at had clear vegan and gluten info, which was reassuring. The allergen filter could be better though, right? I had to click around a bit more than I expected to find what I needed.

I bought this as a gift for my mum and she absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for something simple but thoughtful, I’d definitely recommend it — it went down really well!

I really like how much choice T2 Tea has. Every time I check the site, I end up finding something new, whether it’s a fruity tea or a stronger black one. It’s great if you like switching things up and not drinking the same thing all the time. A friend recommended them to me, and now I totally get why

I really like that the ingredients are clearly listed for each tea. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think it’s asking too much to want to know what I’m drinking. It makes choosing one way easier...

I’ve been using this teapot every day, and it’s still going strong. No chips so far, and it pours really smoothly without making a mess. I’m picky about kitchen stuff I use daily, but this one has definitely met my standards. Really happy with it.

I was disappointed when it showed up. The photos made it seem like the packaging would look nice and gift-ready, but the box was dented and the gift wrap looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. It kind of had that bait and switch feeling, especially if you're buying it to send directly to someone. Not the best experience.
